NETSTAR is a unified brand of a group of telecommunication companies that holds a license to operate telecommunications and broadcasting services, including as a fiber optic network provider, an internet service provider, and a cable TV provider. NETSTAR also cooperates with one of the telco companies to distribute a phone system based on IP technology.

About CPS Group
PT. Centralindo Pancasakti (CPS) is one of the leading telecommunication and multimedia groups in Indonesia. The company provides a wide range of telecommunication and information technology services.
Founded in 1985 as a distributor of telecommunications equipment in Indonesia, CPS was later awarded a cellular license for the Central Java, East Java, and Eastern Indonesia regions. Today, CPS holds a long-term contract with PT Telkom Indonesia, the largest telecommunications company in the country, and is responsible for the Telkom Group’s Outside Plant (OSP) project.
Over the years, the company has rapidly expanded and developed several subsidiary businesses in the telecommunications and multimedia sectors. CPS is part of the NAPAN Group of companies.

1996
To be a leading internet based solution company in Indonesia by providing the best data, internet and multimedia services as a solution to fulfill customer needs.
2011
The company acquired PT Technology Data Indonesia (Fiber One), a fiber-optic service provider, and entered the fiber-optic business by deploying fiber-optic cables to serve corporate customers as well as telco and ISP players.
2012
PT Solusi Sistem Integrasi (SSI) was established to meet customer needs for value-added IT services, specifically in LAN deployment, network support, outsourcing and maintenance, as well as telephony services.
2018
Netstar Multimedia Teknologi (Netstar TV) was established to accommodate the needs of existing hospitality internet customers for pay-TV entertainment systems. Its services are being developed to meet the needs of customers from other ISPs and telco operators as well.
2020
The unified NETSTAR brand has been launched. The company has consolidated all customers, infrastructure, and licenses into a single brand, service, and solution to deliver integrated services that meet customer needs.
